Effective March 31, 2025, Han-D-Man & Co. will close up shop.

Forty-five years ago, Dan Downey invented and developed his unique height clearance detector product, building his Han-D-Man & Co. business from scratch. With the passing of Dan on October 18, 2024, plans to sell the business were made and revised, and revised yet again.

Ultimately, the decision has been made for Han-D-Man & Co. to be dissolved.
